Your skills

  • Training or experience in project management, at least 10 years’ experience in a similar position, and change management training (an asset) ;
  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills;
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills and ability to work in matrix mode;
  • Strong leadership and influence.

Your challenge

Reporting to the Vice-President, Talent and Culture, the Director, Organizational Effectiveness will provide functional expertise and leadership in project and change management and execution while establishing and maintaining governance standards for optimization and continuous improvement projects. Concretely, they will work cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams on initiatives to align processes with the organizational strategy.

  • Act as a leading partner in prioritizing and defining optimization and continuous improvement projects, and propose a delivery approach tailored to the context;
  • Guide teams in implementing their process optimization and improvement initiatives;
  • Monitor the performance of optimization and continuous improvement projects and follow up with management;
  • Implement continuous improvement, project management and change management tools;
  • Support and train teams to develop continuous improvement and project and change management reflexes;
  • Have a holistic view of initiatives within the organization, fostering sharing and collaboration across teams;
  • Support the team with regard to their issues and professional development ;
  • Manage the project portfolio (prioritize projects, establish the annual budget, address duplication, etc.);
  • Advise management and teams on project definition, feasibility and profitability of improvement projects or initiatives.
